Earth Speakr invites kids to speak FOR THE PLANET and participate in shaping our WORLD.

Earth Speakr is an artwork created by Olafur Eliasson with his studio, kids, creative partners, researchers, and experts. It consists of a playful app and an interactive website, as well as physical activations.

Everyone can download the Earth Speakr app and animate their environment using playful AR. Young people below the voting age can give their voice to anything and speak up for the planet.

A crucial aspect of the artwork was getting young people to record messages, and the communication of Earth Speakr messages to decision-makers. Collective concerns were surfaced both locally, and globally, to the people in power. The work was celebrated with a D&AD Impact Pencil.
